Peach Burrata Recipe

Thanks to our friend Martha for sharing her 4th of July Famous Peach Burrata Recipe with us! Feel free to tweak and reformat as needed!
Here's what you will need:
4 balls of burrata
8 oz fresh cherries, pitted
2-3 Fresh Popup Peaches, peeled and sliced
2-3 heirloom tomatoes, quartered
Arugula
Basil
Olive oil
Balsamic vinegar reduction
Salt/pepper to taste
How to make it:
-Drain liquid from burrata and allow it to come to room temp (30 mins or so)
-Spread arugula on platter (it serves as a base layer)
-Make 2 rows of burrata by slicing it and using a fork to spread it apart
-Add rows of sliced, peeled peaches, quartered heirloom tomatoes, and pitted cherries
-Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic reduction
-Season with salt/pepper to taste
-Garnish with fresh basil leaves
-Add rows of prosciutto, if desired.
Serve with toasted baguette slices or water crackers. Enjoy!
